Which coffees are lightest roast?
We divide all of the coffees of our menu into three broad flavor profiles: Lively, Balanced, and Rich. The “Lively” offerings on our menu are bright, refreshing, juicy, even tea-like at times. If you generally prefer coffees marketed as “light roasts”, our offerings categorized as “Lively” would be a perfect place to start!
