Is your coffee flavored?

Our coffee is not flavored in any way. In fact, our interactions with our coffees are as non intrusive as possible. With hundreds of distinct aromatic and flavor compounds to enjoy, coffee is truly a beverage of remarkable complexity. The tasting notes listed on our retail bags and online menu provide a description of how our team perceives the sensory qualities of the coffees on our menu. By using the tasting notes: “Raspberry, Apricot, and Black Tea” to describe a coffee, we wish to communicate that some of the aromas and flavors that we encounter when tasting the coffee remind us of raspberries, apricots, and black tea.
